Important Notice Regarding Electronics & Semiconductors:
Not all products are eligible for cancellation or return. Electronic modules, sensitive microcontrollers, and bare ICs can be easily damaged by improper power, reverse polarity, static electricity (ESD), or incorrect soldering. Every item in our store displays its specific policy badge.
Product Policy Categories (Check Product Page Before Buying)
Items marked as Non-Returnable cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances once an order is placed. These include bare IC chips, voltage regulator boards, cut wires, and items prone to electrical handling damage. Because each unit is bench-tested on camera before dispatch, we do not accept returns once handed over to the courier.
Items marked as Cancellable before shipping can be cancelled directly from your account orders dashboard while the order status is "New". Once our team has handed the parcel over to India Post Speed Post, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Products explicitly marked as Refundable/Replaceable carry a 7-day replacement window from the date of Speed Post delivery. If an item arrives Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) or physically damaged during transit, you may submit clear photos/unboxing video to our WhatsApp or email support within 7 days for a free replacement.
Refund Processing & Timelines
In cases where an order cancellation is approved prior to dispatch, or a return is accepted, the refund is initiated directly through Razorpay to the original payment source (UPI account, debit/credit card, or net banking) within 24 to 48 hours. It typically reflects in your bank statement within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's clearing cycle.
