1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing electronics, microcontrollers, DIY modules, or breakout boards from Elexo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payments are accepted exclusively online through Razorpay (UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking). We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
3. Non-Returnable Products & Cancellations
Due to the physical and electrical nature of electronic semiconductors, integrated circuits (ICs), and custom-tested modules (which are susceptible to damage from electrostatic discharge, excessive soldering heat, or reverse polarity), items clearly labeled as Non-Returnable cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered. Items marked as cancellable may only be cancelled prior to India Post dispatch. Please review individual product policy badges before placing your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All domestic orders are packed in anti-static ESD shielding materials and dispatched via India Post Speed Post. Delivery timelines are subject to postal service schedules. Speed Post tracking information is provided on your account order page.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
